  2. L 2 extends beyond monitoring and work towards resolution of the issues and provide suggestions and workarounds.
  3. L 3 adds to the L1 & L2 services by including performance optimization, code reviews.
  4. L 4 adds to L1,L2 & L3 services by dealing with product related issues by raising support cases to ensure system stability.
